Avaritia Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) allows players to create incredibly powerful weapons and armor, but their recipes will be extremely expensive. Super weapons and armor are worth the effort to gather resources. In its stock form, the mod is not very large, but now you will have access to several types of super weapons and super armor. Weapons and tools are unbreakable, have immense power, and armor can absorb ALL damage, protect from hunger, and allow for very fast flying. Essentially, these items are god-like or cheat items, but crafting them will be very expensive. For this, the mod adds its own machines and workbenches. Create singularities and special materials, and ultimately, you will get super items.

The mod is highly compatible with other mods so adding more mods will result in more expensive recipes. At first it was meant to be a parody mod created because of the power creep problem (mods add content that is significantly better and/or cheaper than content from another mod or the content counters content from other mods because they can). Having a closer look it adds useful end game content that one can only craft after playing several weeks or months. It is obviously not fair in terms of pvp or other official servers.

Are you the type of modded Minecraft player that makes a beeline for the designated “end game” and then gives up on ever playing again once you get there? Do you wish there was a way to make the process take significantly longer? Do you love GregTech, but wish it weren’t so short? Do you sit down on your chest full of Galgadorian Drills and wish there was a mod that didn’t just hand things to you on a silver platter? This might be the mod for you.

Minetweaker Info:

Show Spoiler

If you want to use this mod for only the crafting table, you’ll need to enable “Crafting Only” in the config.

Minetweaker commands are:

  • mods.avaritia.ExtremeCrafting.addShapeless(output, ingredients);
  • mods.avaritia.ExtremeCrafting.addShaped(output, ingredients);
  • mods.avaritia.ExtremeCrafting.remove(output);
  • mods.avaritia.Compressor.add(output, amount, input); //(amount is an int)
  • mods.avaritia.Compressor.add(output, amount, input, false); //(if you want the recipe to use the scaling system)

They work similarly to the standard crafting methods in vanilla Minetweaker.

The mod revolves around a 9×9 crafting table which is used to craft resources added by the mod. These resources are always used in a specific pattern within the crafting table.

The mod also adds recipes for the Creative Energy Cells from AE2 and TE. This may seem overpowered at first but at the point where the player is able to craft them it is not that useful to the player anymore except for the point that it does not need a refill. The Creative Energy Cell from Thermal Expansion can only output 100,000 RF/t per side and the Creative Energy Cell from Applied Energistics 2 is only useful for its own network. In fact these creative items are only useful to reduce the space required for energy production to 0.
