BadNPC Plugin (1.19.4, 1.19.2) – Spigot

BadNPC Plugin is a plugin designed NPC with movable arms and legs, even without the use of a texture pack.

Npc plugin somewhat lacking in features but with a great idea for decoration. The author will add many updates soon as he has many good ideas for this.
