Beast Slayer Mod (1.12.2) is a small mod that adds a new mini-boss to the desert, called the sandmonster. It looks somewhat like an unusual mob and a scorpion, appearing quite terrifying in the game, especially if encountered at night, and it hits quite hard. An excellent option for adding to an RPG modpack.

Features:

  • The mod adds unique creatures like Bonepile, Bouldering Zombie, Damcell, Frostash Fox, Frostwalker, Giant, Ghost, and Little Vessel.
  • Each creature has its own special abilities and behaviors. For example, Bonepile can move you to a random spot nearby if it hits you with its spike.
  • Defeating these creatures can yield various items such as bones, a mining helmet, iron, spikes, rotten flesh, ectoplasm, and more.
  • Some creatures, like Little Vessels, are highly customizable and can be equipped with armor, swords, or bows.
  • The mod brings RPG-like elements to Minecraft, enhancing the overall gameplay experience with new challenges and rewards.
