Warped and Crimson Fungi are the Nether equivalent of trees. Most trees in the overworld have a thicker variant that can be grown by placing four saplings in a 2×2 grid. But Nether fungi do not have thick variants like overworld trees do. Big Fungus Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.6), as the name suggests, is here to add them into the game. This mod basically allows you to grow thicker crimson and warped fungi by placing five fungi in a cross shape.
