This Minecraft tutorial explains how to craft blue ice with screenshots and step-by-step instructions.
In Minecraft, there are two ways to add blue ice to your inventory. You can either craft this item with a crafting table or you can find and gather this item in the game. Gathering blue ice is a bit tricky because you need to mine it with a tool that is enchanted with Silk Touch.

2. Add Items to make Blue Ice
In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3×3 crafting grid. To make blue ice, place 9 packed ice in the 3×3 crafting grid.
When making blue ice, it is important that the packed ice are placed in the exact pattern as the image below. In the first row, there should be 3 packed ice. Now that you have filled the crafting area with the correct pattern, blue ice will appear in the box to the right.
3. Move the Blue Ice to Inventory
Once you have crafted blue ice, you need to move the new item to your inventory.
