Nighttime is meant for sleeping. This is when monsters come out and hunt you down. But the concept of sleeping at nighttime in-game is not something many Minecraft players are not ready to accept. Curse Of Curses Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) aims to force players to sleep at night by giving them random curse enchantments at nighttime. With this mod installed, random curse enchantments will be applied to any enchantable item in your inventory at three random times at any time between 12am to 3am in-game. Imagine getting the Curse of Vanishing enchantment on your most valuable sword and you somehow end up dying to mobs. The sword will now be gone forever. To avoid unwanted scenarios like these, players will have to sleep at night.
