Custom XP Colours Generator Resource Pack (1.20.6, 1.20.1) allows you to choose custom colors for XP and use them in Minecraft Java Edition. More specially, this generator uses vanilla core shaders to change the colours of the XP Text and XP Orbs without the use of mods like Optifine. It is now only for Minecraft Java 1.18.2 and above. In general, it is a great and slight option for every player to refresh their game world without much effort.
