Don’t Spawn The Ender Dragon Mod (1.20.2, 1.20.1) is here to remove the Ender dragon from your game. With this mod installed, the main End island, where the dragon spawns, will be a completely empty landmass, just like many of the outer islands. This also means that there will be no central bedrock portal to let you travel back to the overworld. You will have to find other means to do so. The obsidian pillars are also removed. This makes the main island a suitable place for you to build a base or an enderman farm.
