Dynamic Trim Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is a small mod that adds dynamic armor rendering to Minecraft. Now, armor with patterns will be fully displayed in the inventory. If you have multiple such items, you can easily distinguish them without having to equip them. The mod is literally tiny, and there’s not much more to say about it—it’s best to see what it does in action.

A simple mod that dynamically visualizes the appearance of armor items in the inventory with applied cosmetic templates. This allows you to see the applied pattern not only when wearing it but also in your inventory.

Features:

  • Armor trims are dynamically rendered, meaning they are displayed based on the item’s texture palette. This prevents the texture atlas from being filled with trim textures.
  • If you have multiple pieces of armor with different trims, they will be clearly distinguishable in your inventory without needing to equip them.
