Full Turtle Armor Mod (1.21.4, 1.20.1) is a mod that allows us to create a new variant of armor for our character, the turtle shell armor. This armor is crafted, as shown in the image below, solely from turtle shells. Each piece of armor grants extra time to breathe underwater. The turtle shell helmet allows for 10 seconds of underwater breathing. The chestplate provides 15 seconds. The pants give 15 seconds. And the boots offer an additional 10 seconds. In other words, if you only have the chestplate and pants, you will have +30 seconds of underwater breathing. In total, the complete turtle shell armor grants, while underwater, the Dolphin’s Grace effect and night vision, as well as 50 seconds of underwater breathing, which is the sum of all the breathing bonuses from the different pieces of armor.
