There is a feature in Minecraft, where you can place down a powdered snow block and bring it in contact with water to convert it into a solid concrete block. This is useful in many different building situations. But many players do not actually prefer this. Insoluble Concrete Mod (1.21.3, 1.20.4) is for those players. This mod basically prevents powdered concrete from getting converted into concrete upon contact with water. Instead, the player can throw concrete powder in its item form into a water cauldron. The concrete powder in its item form will get converted into solid concrete. This will help make sure that the concrete only gets converted when you want it to.
