Phantoms will be summoned by the game if the player goes without sleeping for multiple days in a row. Just like in real life, your Minecraft character also requires proper and adequate sleep to live a healthy life. In the vanilla game, phantoms will be summoned if the player has not laid in a bed for three or more days. As the name suggests, Inverse Phantoms Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is here to invert that behavior. With this mod installed, phantom will be summoned if you have slept for three consecutive nights. This means, you will have to stay awake at night to prevent phantoms from spawning.
