Leaves Us In Peace Mod (1.21.3, 1.20.1) will accelerate the decay of leaf blocks. Now, if you break the trunk of a tree, its leaves will decay in a matter of seconds. Importantly, the mod will only destroy the leaves of the specific type of tree whose trunk was broken, leaving other nearby tree types intact and undamaged.
