In Minecraft, if you open the multiplayer server list and select a server from the list, a box appears around the selected server. If you look closely, you will notice that this box has a slight misalignment to it. The top edge of the rectangle is misplaced by about 1-2 pixels from the actual centered position it should be in. List Entry Highlight Fix Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) fixes this issue. This mod perfectly aligns the rectangle.
