Required Materials to make a Lodestone
In Minecraft, these are the materials you can use to craft a lodestone:
1 Netherite Ingot 8 Chiseled Stone Bricks
How to craft a Lodestone in Survival Mode
1. Open the Crafting Menu
First, open your crafting table so that you have the 3×3 crafting grid that looks like this:
2. Add Items to make a Lodestone
In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3×3 crafting grid. To make a lodestone, place 8 chiseled stone bricks and 1 netherite ingot in the 3×3 crafting grid.
When making a lodestone, it is important that the chiseled stone blocks and netherite ingot are placed in the exact pattern as the image below. In the first row, there should be 3 chiseled stone bricks. In the second row, there should be 1 chiseled stone bricks in the first box, 1 netherite ingot in the second box, and 1 chiseled stone bricks in the third box. In the third row, there should be 3 chiseled stone bricks. This is the Minecraft crafting recipe for a lodestone.
Now that you have filled the crafting area with the correct pattern, the lodestone will appear in the box to the right.
3. Move the Lodestone to Inventory
Once you have crafted a lodestone, you need to move the new item to your inventory.
Congratulations, you have made a lodestone in Minecraft!
