However, with this data pack, you can significantly cut down your mining time. With this Metal Detector in hand, you can easily detect hidden ores underneath you. You only need to turn it on, hold it and it will do the work for you. It can detect ores several layers deep, and when it detects something, it will notify you, you only need to dig down.

  • To craft the Metal Detector, you need to drop 5 Redstone Dust, 4 Iron Ingots, 3 Quarts, 1 Observer, and 1 Daylight Detector on the ground.
