Minecraft 1.20 Official Download – MCPE/Bedrock Edition

Version 1.20.0, the first release of Trails & Tales, is a significant update to Minecraft Bedrock Edition that was launched on June 7, 2023. The update was initially announced at Minecraft Live 2022 on October 15, 2022, and its official name, Trails & Tales, was revealed at Minecraft Monthly on March 2, 2023. This release marks the full availability of the game on Chromebook.

1. Blocks:
   • Bamboo Mosaic: A new plank variant exclusively available in the bamboo wood set. It can be crafted by arranging two bamboo slabs vertically and used to create stairs and slabs.
   • Bamboo Planks: Crafted using one block of bamboo (stripped or unstripped) to yield two bamboo planks. They can be used to create various items and blocks.
   • Block of Bamboo: A new log-like block crafted from nine bamboo. It can also be stripped and used in crafting.
   • Inactive Calibrated Sculk Sensor: A new variant of the sculk sensor that filters vibrations based on frequency. It can be crafted using a sculk sensor and three amethyst shards.
   • Cherry Leaves: A new type of leaf generated in cherry trees, emitting pink particles.
   • Cherry Log: A new type of log found in cherry trees, used to create planks and other wooden items.
   • Cherry Planks: Crafted from cherry logs, these planks can be used to create various cherry-themed blocks and items.
   • Cherry Sapling: A new sapling that grows into a cherry tree when planted.
   • Potted Cherry Sapling: Can be placed in flower pots.
2. Items:
   • Brush: An item used in the archaeology system to extract items from suspicious sand and gravel. Crafted with a stick, a copper ingot, and a feather.
   • Music Disc “Relic”: A new music disc by Aaron Cherof, obtainable through archaeology.
   • Pitcher Pod: Can be planted on farmland to grow into a pitcher plant.
   • Pottery Sherds: Items obtained by using a brush on suspicious sand, with different varieties available.
   • Smithing Templates: Sixteen varieties of armor trims used for upgrading diamond armor to netherite and for trimming armor.
3. Mobs:
   • Piglin Head: Dropped by piglins when killed by a charged creeper.
   • Slightly Cracked Sniffer Egg: Found in suspicious sand loot tables, hatches into a baby snifflet.
4. World Generation:
   • Cherry Groves: Biomes where cherry trees and other related blocks generate.
   • Trail Ruins: Structures containing suspicious sand and gravel with unique archaeological loot tables.
5. Gameplay:
   • Chiseled Bookshelf: Crafted with planks and wooden slabs, capable of storing up to six books.
   • Decorated Pot: Crafted with pottery sherds or brick items, fragile and breaks when mined.
   • Jungle Hanging Sign: A more expensive version of regular signs, crafted with chains and stripped logs.

Changes:
