In Minecraft, the crafting recipe for a beehive will accept any type of wooden plant in the crafting recipe. The wooden plank variant does not matter in this case. The resulting beehive will have the same appearance regardless of the wooden plank variant used. More Beehive Variants Mod (1.21.3, 1.20.1) is here to change that. As the name suggests, this mod introduces some new beehive variants into the game. These are beehives of different wood variants in the game, and they even include the Nether wood variants. The color and texture of the beehive will now depend upon the wooden plank variant used to craft it.
