In Minecraft, you can craft a furnace by using eight pieces of cobblestone, deepslate cobble or blackstone. The texture of the resultant furnace is always the same and that of the standard stone texture, regardless of the stone variant you used to craft it. More Furnaces Variants Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is here to change that. This mod adds two new furnace variants into the game – deepslate and blackstone. Furnaces crafteds using deepslate and blackstone will have their own textures respectively. All of these furnace variants share the same functionality. The difference is in the time it takes to break these furnaces. Blackstone furnaces break faster than normal furnaces, while deepslate furnaces break slower.
