In the recent 1.20 update for Minecraft, the D-pad textures were changed. However, if you prefer the old ones, Old Buttons 1.19+ Texture Pack (1.21, 1.20) is a pack that brings back the classic pre-1.20 D-pad textures. Additionally, it even includes the beta new touch control textures!

The D-pad resembles a java edition look since in older versions of Minecraft bedrock, it used to look more like java edition as the D-pad looks like this:
