Old Pigman Plus Addon (1.21, 1.20) reintroduces the old pigman into Minecraft without replacing the zombified piglin. The old Pigman comes with several new features that are beneficial to players. For example, you can now trade with zombie pigmen using a new material called netherink, just like you would with piglins. Additionally, you can heal zombie pigmen by bringing them back to the overworld.

Features:

  • Old zombie pigmen spawn in warped forest biomes and basalts.

  • They are equipped with a netherink sword, and can also have netherink armor.
  • Be careful with wearing armor, or having a golden sword or ax in your hand, if they see you they will attack you!
  • If you attack or provoke a zombie pigman, everyone nearby will attack!
  • You can trade with some of them, throwing netherink at them.

  • To cure them you must bring them back to the overworld, in the nether you won’t be able to do it!

  • Once he is in the overworld, you must throw a potion of strength and then give him a netherink carrot, then you only have time for him to become a pigman.

  • Pigman is neutral creatures, and will attack you in packs if you attack any of them first.
  • You can tame the pigmen to follow you, and also gives them a profession! You must use several netherink carrots, first to give them a profession, then to tame them.
You can cure them with carrots, and golden carrots.
  • You can trade with them and the items they offer depend on their profession.
