Minecraft has different compass types, and each one is useful for a different purpose. The regular compass allows you to locate your world spawn. The recovery compass allows you to locate the point of your last death. And the lodestone compass helps navigate the Nether. The clock is another tool that will allow you to identify the time even when you do not have access to the sky. These are items that can be allotted a slot in your hotbar for ease of viewing. But the number of slots in your hotbar is limited to nine, and dedicating any of these slots for a compass or a clock will cost you valuable hotbar space that could hold food or a weapon. Pocketwatch Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is here with a solution. With this mod installed, any clock or compass in your inventory will show up in separate slots on your screen. This allows you to view these items at all times, wherever they are in your inventory.
