Concrete Powder is a building block that will help add texture detail to your builds. When they come in contact with water, concrete powder gets converted into solid concrete blocks. In the vanilla game you can color concrete powder using any of the sixteen available dyes in the game. Once you apply a dye to the concrete powder, it is then permanent and cannot be reversed or recolored using another dye. This can often lead to wastage. But not anymore! Re-Dye Concrete Powder Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) makes it so that  concrete powder blocks can be recolored by combining them with another dye, regardless of the already applied color.
