Revised Glass Mod (1.21.1, 1.21) adds a simple, yet very useful mechanic that will help you save a lot of resources. This mod adds recipes that allow you to convert one stained glass block to another color. The recipe is the same as how plain glass blocks are converted into stained ones. This mod will especially be useful for those who deal with large scale structures that require a lot of glass blocks.
