A zombie will drop rotten flesh upon being killed. If you have a mob farm, chances are that there is plenty of rotten flesh gathering up in your storage. This item has no real use in the game. But not anymore! RME’s Campfire Leather Mod (1.21, 1.20.1) is here to add utility to rotten flesh by adding a mechanism that will allow you to convert them into leather. With this mod installed, you can place rotten flesh onto soul campfires, and cook them into leather. The method works the same as how any food item is cooked using campfires, although this conversion process only works with soul campfires.
