Runes Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is a small mod that adds an item type called runes. They are not very useful in the vanilla game on their own and are used as a library for other mods. Runes are usually made from cobblestone and some material related to the specific rune. Runes have shapeless recipes and can be crafted by hand or at a regular crafting table. However, the most efficient way to craft runes is by using a Rune Crafting Altar, which provides more runes for the same amount of ingredients.
