In Minecraft, the creative mode inventory has a tab called “Operator Utilities”. It contains blocks like commands blocks, structure blocks, barriers, light, etc. This tab needs to be manually enabled in the game settings. On multiplayer servers, this tab will not show up in creative mode unless you have the operator status. Show Operator Tab Mod (1.21.4, 1.20.6) is here to change that. This mod makes it so that the operator tab will show up in the creative inventory even when you do not have operator status. You still have to turn the operator tab on from the controls menu.
