In a recent update, ancient cities were added to the game. A large porta-like structure stands tall at the center of every ancient city. This structure is made up using a block called Reinforced Deepslate. Like bedrock, reinforced deepslate blocks have very high hardness, are immune to explosions and cannot be obtained in their item form in survival mode. But not anymore! Silk Touch Reinforced Deepslate Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.6) allows you to mine and collect reinforced deepslate blocks by using a pickaxe with the silk touch enchantment applied on it.
