Simple Magnets Mod (1.21.3, 1.20.1) is a mod that allows us to craft magnets capable of attracting items on the ground, as well as experience orbs, without physically moving the character to collect them. The good thing about these magnets is that they won’t fill our inventory with junk, as we can use the whitelist and blacklist to decide which blocks and items should or should not be attracted by the magnets. At the moment, the mod allows us to craft two variants of magnets: the simple magnet and the advanced magnet. The simple magnet has a range of action of five blocks around the character but does not have the whitelist or blacklist system. The advanced magnet allows us to determine which blocks and items should or should not be attracted and has a maximum range of action of eleven blocks around the character.

Features:

  • Basic Magnet: Picks up items and experience within a 5-block range of the player.
  • Advanced Magnet: Picks up items and experience within a configurable range, up to 11 blocks. Items can be filtered using a whitelist or blacklist.
  • Demagnetization Coil: Prevents items from being attracted by magnets within a 3-block range.
  • Advanced Demagnetization Coil: Prevents items from being attracted by magnets within a 5-block range. Items can be filtered.
  • Baubles and Curios Support: Magnets can be used in Baubles or Curios slots.
  • Key Bind Toggle: Magnets can be toggled on and off using a key bind.
