Pots can be used to make some very visually pleasing decorations in Minecraft. They have a very vanilla-friendly appearance and can fit in well in many different themed builds. Simply Ceramics Mod (1.20.1) is here with over a hundred decoration pots. They come in various different sizes, colors and patterns. And the best part is that this mod allows you to make these pots yourself in a very realistic process. Step-by-step instructions to create pots are given below.

Place down a pottery table.

You have to place a base plate. Base plates come in three different sizes – small, medium and large. The base plate determines the size of your pot.

Once a base plate is placed onto the pottery table, place a block of clay on it.

Sneak right-click on the clay block with a cutting string to reduce the clay block to the required size.

Sneak right-click using the shaping tool to carve out the pot.

You can then break the pot off of the pottery table and place it elsewhere.

You need to cook this pot in a furnace to make it usable.

The cooked and dried pot can be combined with dyes and terracotta to make pots of different colors and patterns.
