Simply Swords Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) is a mod that allows us to obtain a good amount of new weapons designed for melee combat. We say obtain because these weapons cannot be crafted, but are found in chests in all types of structures, except villages. These are some of the weapons you can obtain: Katana, Rapier, Spear, Cutlass, Glaive, War Glaive, Sai, Hammer, Axe, and Scythe, among others. These weapons can be found in three types or models: normal weapons, runic weapons, and unique weapons.

Features:

  • New Weapon Types: Adds a wide range of melee weapons, including Spears, Glaives, Chakrams, Katanas, Greathammers/Axes, Rapiers, and more.
  • Unique Weapons: These weapons can be found in chests throughout the game world, but cannot be crafted.
  • Weapon Variants: Includes 14 unique weapon variants, each with different attack animations and playstyles when paired with Better Combat.
  • Throwable Weapons: Some weapons, like chakrams, can be thrown.
