When you have the Skin Restorer Mod (1.21, 1.20.1) installed on a server, you have the ability to use and edit skins on servers that are operating in an offline or unsecured state. A person’s “skin” in Minecraft is an item that can be used to express who they are; by using a skin, a player can turn into whomever they choose, including a hero, an anti-hero, a farmer, or anybody else. In Minecraft, a person’s “skin” is an item that can be used to represent who they are. On the other hand, there are times when the servers you build yourself are not public servers. If this is the case, you run the risk of having your skin removed the moment you access the server. The Skin Restorer Mod was created so that anything like this wouldn’t be able to take place.
