How to get a Stripped Spruce Log in Survival Mode

You can add a stripped spruce log to your inventory in Survival mode by stripping the bark from a spruce log with an axe. So, let’s get started!

1. Find a Spruce Tree

First, you need to find a spruce tree in your Minecraft world. Spruce trees are usually found in the Taiga or Old Growth Pine Taiga biomes.

2. Hold an Axe

Next, you will need to select an axe in your hotbar. These are the axes you can choose from:

3. Strip the Bark with the Axe

Now, you need to strip the bark from a spruce log with your axe. The game control to strip the bark with an axe depends on the version of Minecraft:

For Java Edition (PC/Mac), right click on the spruce log.
For Pocket Edition (PE), you tap on the spruce log.
For Xbox 360 and Xbox One, press the LT button on the Xbox controller.
For PS3 and PS4, press the L2 button on the PS controller.
