Not enough content in the Nether? SunnierFern’s Burning Nether Addon (1.21, 1.20) expands the Nether by adding new biomes, mobs, and items to make the Nether better. New biomes will be added in future versions.

Features:

Biomes:

Living Rotlands

• Spawns after 5000 by X or Z
• Difficulty: Normal

Fire Wastes

• Spawns after 5000 by X or Z
• Difficulty: Normal

Lava Swamp

Warped Grasslands

• Spawns after 5000 by X or Z

Nether Wart Forest

• Spawns after 5000 by X or Z

Mobs

Rotten Skeleton

• Has 4 variants

Glowbeetle

• Defend the firelands biome from every mob

Lava Turtle

• Walk on lava like a strider, and has a child variant. It can be saddled with an iron saddle and upgraded with upgrades. You can breed turtles with nether sugar.

Warped Sheep

• Teleports after damage, can be cut, they eat warped flowers that can be cut from warped bushes

Warped Ram

• Teleports after damage, rarely after death drops glow horns (1-2)

Nether Wart Creeper

• Faster than a creeper, its explosion is poisonous, spawns nether wart spores, and does not destroy blocks

Nether Wart Spore

• Faster than a creeper, it does not destroy blocks
