Town Building Mod 1.12.2, 1.11.2 allows the user to generate many structures like ships, town halls, farms and even NPC’s which are called workers. These workers can be assigned by the player to do various things ranging from building structures, gathering resources and even protecting existing buildings. Workers also have an experience and leveling system: the more they work, the more experience they’ll get, allowing them to complete their tasks a lot faster. The freedom and convenience given by this mod allows anyone to build many different cities: they can be small, specialized villages or big and vibrant metropolis. The possibilities are endless.

This mod is a SSP and SMP town building mod, allowing you to create your own thriving Colony within Minecraft. Featuring many NPC workers, ranging from Builders, Crafters and Farmers, to Guards, Enchanters, and Alchemists, the mod provides the ability to create a unique Colony with many many inhabitants.

• Fully functional Colony based around your town hall.
• Guards that protect your colony (and you) from the nasties.
• Train your guards up and equip them with armour and weapons to make them stronger.
• Total freedom of placement of buildings.
• Build entire resource chains, linked together by the Delivery Man.
