In the vanilla game, you have the option to use both of your hands. Your main hand appears on the screen at all times. But your offhand is not visible unless you are holding an item in it. Visible Offhand Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is here to change that. As the name suggests, this mod makes it so that your offhand is visible at all times, instead of just appearing when items are held.
