VoltzEngine Fluid Handling Mod (1.12.2, 1.7.10) is a technical library created by the author of VoltzEngine. It’s used by certain mods to handle fluids in the game. On its own, it doesn’t add much content, but it’s crucial for mods that rely on fluid mechanics. If you don’t install it, the game might crash during startup, especially if you’re using mods that depend on it. Essentially, it acts as a shared resource for fluid-related features, including fluid containers, fluid blocks, and more.

Features:

  • Milk Fluid: allows storage of milk in tanks
  • Milk Block: allows placement of milk in world
  • Fluid Container: shared by sub-mods to generate new fluid container items
  • Fluid Prefab: used to create new fluids
  • Fluid Block: used to create new fluid blocks

Actual Additions recipe support: Screenshot of recipe showing wooden buckets working with actual additions recipe. Provided as this lib adds the recipe for any bucket created using the lib.

Buckets: Some examples of different buckets created or provided by the lib. The wooden buckets are part of an addon for the lib and the metal buckets are forge provided. The mod will auto add a bucket per fluid type to the creative tab.
